As my grade 10 journey comes to an end, I feel a bit sad knowing that our class is almost over. Looking back, I realize how much I have learned in ICT during the 4th quarter, especially in our lessons about MS FrontPage and Networking.
One of the things I discovered was how to use MS FrontPage to create and design a website. At first, it seemed complicated, but as we did hands-on activities, I understood it better. I also found our Networking lesson easier since we already learned about it in Grade 8.
However, I still faced some challenges. I struggled with some features in MS FrontPage, and the interactive buttons on my homepage would not work no matter how many times I fixed and saved them. Some images also failed to load, which was frustrating.
To overcome these problems, I asked for help from Wilfranz and Ma’am Charleen— our practice teacher. They patiently guided me, answered my questions, and helped me understand what I was doing wrong. Because of them, I was able to fix my project and learn more.
Moving forward, I will continue to practice and explore MS FrontPage and other web design tools. I will also ask for help whenever needed and help others who might struggle like I did. This quarter was challenging, but it was also a great learning experience.
